Supplier Factory Qualification, Audit and Inspection
We have 3 oversea offices with experience engineers who can be your eyes on your product production in Asia. Our auditors independently assess everything from production capacities, and quality control systems to staff facilities and working conditions. We go on site and get the information you need to ensure high-quality suppliers to meet your production needs. We also provide Pre-shipment inspection to guarantee the production to meet your specifications.
Top One Zone will take care of all the paperwork, including US Customs, so the only responsibility you have is the freight pick-up at the port of entry. If you prefer, we can coordinate inland freight to your facility as well. We will consolidate your shipment with our other production line if they are about to be ship out at the same time to reduce the shipping cost.
We provide different program to fit your company needs, such as be your buyer agent with certain amount of commission or we can cooperate together for more beneficial to both companies.
Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing Feasibility
We are experienced, independent consulting firm focused on helping OEM's create global sourcing strategies and contract manufacturing agreements for components or parts from different industries and complete end-products. All suppliers we select are all either ISO or TS certified and we have audited and evaluated in person for the capability and facility. We also evaluate the supplier’s business size, scope, and production capability in developing a long term and direct factory relationship. We also analysis and choose suppliers based on your price, quality, quantity and lead time criteria.
Any product you feel the price is not reasonable or way too high, we will have our experience estimator to evaluate it and do the negotiation with your supplier or provide alternate supplier to you for better cost-effective.

With Top One Zone, you don’t have to stay up late to call oversea and speak different language to solve any production issue. Our engineer will evaluate and analysis your problem and speak same language with your suppliers oversea to avoid any misunderstanding in language and culture issue. It will fasten resolve any problem you may have or face.
